Delivery & Assembly Information
We offer standard delivery & assembly within 5 working days in the Dundee area. Prior to delivery before placing your order, please make sure that the items added to your order and the contact & address details provided are correct. Once your order is dispatched, changes and cancellations are not possible.
Terms & Conditions
Cancellation
Order cancellation is possible up until the moment the order is collected by the courier. Once your order is with the courier, it is not possible to cancel it. If you do not wish to keep the item delivered, you will need to contact us to request a collection or return the item to us. Collections are carried out by 3rd party delivery companies, at a charge of £30 per chair.
Returns Procedure
If you do not like the product or have changed your mind, you can return it back to us within 30 days. You can send the product back independently, or contact us to arrange a collection. Collection fee is £30 per chair.
The item must be disassembled and put back in its original packaging ahead of the collection. We do not offer disassembly & packaging services on returns. Liability for any damages incurred in transit due to missing or improper packaging lies with the customer.
You will only be liable for any diminished value of goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
Please note delivery charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you have received a damaged item, please note the damage with the carrier, and send pictures of damages & packaging by e-mail us within 3 days.
If you have received a faulty item, you must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date latest to submit a claim. We will require pictures of the item and defects sent to us by e-mail.
We reserve the right to refuse to service any damaged or defective item reported more than 30 days after the delivery date.
Refund Policy
If you have cancelled your order before it was dispatched, we will normally process a refund within 1-2 working days, and maximum within 14 days to the original payment method.
If the order was dispatched from our warehouse and has been cancelled/returned/collected, we will process a refund within a maximum of 14 days of receipt to the original payment method.
Guarantees
All our products come with a 1-year manufacturer’s guarantee, unless otherwise stated. The guarantee starts from the date of delivery and offers cover against manufacturing defects on the structure of the frame and frame springs or any defects which may arise, under normal use, through faulty factory workmanship.
Product warranty covers against applicable events that occur under personal use, the warranty does not cover items used in a commercial setting.
Payment
Payment methods include debit or credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Electron or Maestro.
Miscellaneous
We will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem you notify to us and will have no liability to you for any failure or delay in delivering goods or any damage or defect in goods delivered which is caused by any event or circumstance which is beyond our reasonable control.
